Hi steh! The IR function is utilized @ scmi/mmxt for investors that have questions or want to know the general state of our Business plans. The current plan is a turn-around program, as you know mediamax5 was pulled from the shelf in late 2005, the financing for the merger was susequently pulled. In early 2006 we hadn't any financing,products,money. The decision was made to survive the company and develope products in the DRM arena. The begining of the year was dark and going out of business looked possible but we cut costs over the last 6 months and created products that will soon begin to show itself in the market-place. Mr. Eric Vanderwater has expertise in DRM that is of a world-class level, he has hired his own hand picked team in the 3rd qtr. of 2005. Mr. Stoegbauer is a Professional Sales and Marketing person and has begun to actively market some of our new products. Managements expectations are probably higher than ever at this point, our turn-around looks like it will take about 1 year, the harder 6 months appears to be behind us and the more enjoyable 6, just ahead of us, in any case it will be very interesting.
