I just don't feel comfortable with the focus on acquisitions of other companies with your (my) money to produce a product. Why aren't they focusing on growing the organic business that they started out with. Apparently the Live Deal concept is not worth investing $$ in. Rather they are searching elsewhere to invest $$ that they raised via selling shares, etc.
Something smells but I'm not jumping to conclusions just yet.
