Question for board concerning land leases.

The latest pr stated that they consider the value of the land they have leased to be more than the original value. Now, I understand how appreciation of land holds value to an owner (ie equity), but if you are leasing it, how does it help?

I know that this may seem like a dumb question, but I've never leased land!

FWIW hoping to double down on my 385 K shares soon....

Unfortunately the Company doesn't have to keep their word about anything. Very soon, 23 days later here we are, glad he said very soon.
