Because Blum Oakland traded their dispensary for 90% TRTC shares and only 10% cash, many dispensaries will be tempted to join Blum Oakland and sell their dispensary for a majority of TRTC shares.
It is a really great selling/buying point for TRTC.
The better TRTC shares perform, the more dispensaries will be calling TRTC to see if they have any interest in purchasing them.
