I dont know for sure now either way. It was in December when it was supposed to have been finalized but now I dont know and Diprima will not respond to my questions now. The second acquisition in the PR has nothing to do with Mike The Pike so my guess is the only asset they got from Mike The Pike was Saint James. That being said it doesn't look like Diprima wants to kill RSII with massive dilution.
