The catalyst moving TRXC is kind of a catalyst before a catalyst. Yesterday, someone started buying up a bunch of the $2.50 call options for February, which is an indicator that something interesting is going to happen with the stock in the near future. Perhaps someone knows that their FDA approval is coming in the near-term, and wanted insurance against a sudden rise in the stock. Therefore, they started buying up options, which precipitated the short squeeze. I think that snowballed into all of the ambulance chasers from the retail side starting to buy up to stock, which drove up the price so high in just one day…
