Why? BaSUE is neither to be trusted nor believed, as evidenced by what Judge Harry Woolpert had to say about her after she gave her testimony.....

If she's that dishonest giving sworn testimony, who could think that she would be honest with investors in an unofficial PR of forward looking statements covered by Safe Harbor?

That would be just plain STUPID, given BaSUE's history. :-D
