What!!! Nasdaq??? One of the many listing requirements is a $1 a share pps, making the market cap over $500,000,000 the company will need 10-20 times if not much more of revenue and from that revenue will need millions in profits from this!!
Well with a massive reverse split they might get to the pps requirement but that would kill most current shareholders.
