The Chinese have skin in the game when it comes to the Banro story as well as billions in infrastructure invested in east Africa and the DRC.

Yes, and more than sad. A bit sickening, in fact.

This is the second time this has now occurred on Banro's watch.

They need security which acts with much tighter discipline, and significantly greater tolerance.

And obviously we are not getting the full story.
