Chuck, I don't really know how they're going to take care of the warrant holders. I do know that The NASDAQ stated it is not in the best interest of the shareholders to have VAPOR to convert the warrants and dilute the shareholders with this conversions.They're have recommend to delist VPCO because of this. Not for it pps is under $1, but for the best interest of the shareholders. Either Vapor stop with the dilution of warrants or get delisted.

hello chuckbits.....i'd like to buy some warrants and prefered shares of VPCO...i just dont know the ticker symbols for the warrants and prefered shares...and YES!!! this is behaveing exactly like GBS* you are spot on in compareing VPCO to GBS* if VPCO gets to two cents a share I'll be all over thisn VPCO...I just opened an initial position of VPCO this morning...a starter kit....looking for a bounce...or I will force this to bounce up.
