Bryce, with Coffee Boost I'm simply pointing out that it was always talked up and said to have lots of accounts and new distributors lined up and the company made every statement about it extremely optimistic, even when they were dumping it to go with Fizz on the conference call. Not saying it's coming back, the point is they talked about it the same way they play up Fizz now, so how reliable can the information be that Fizz is such a success given the track record? The UK, New York and Las Vegas don't seem to have much visibility if the product is such a success and LA is unclear since the store locator w as not fided.
The intentional sabotage story is what Vanis has led investors to believe, but as you said he seems to have been deceptive in some of his statements, so not sure the situation is exactly as described. The reverse split was needed because the company was running out of money, as suggested by the Q and number of shares issued so far after the split, which also coincided with the same period. I still say it's at least just as plausible that the scale back was due to lack of funding with the share structure maxed out and then they told the "giants" we can't afford operations so either take this offer for the brand that was otherwise not being used or else it's back to being shelved like it was before MINE came along.
