SO so - Person has to give consent or as in Blood Testing they need a warrant which then does what blood sample do, takes to long for Court Warrant and THC levels drop by the minutes and only takes 2 hrs to show no signs or real levels when stopped, maybe they'll offer those giving consent a free ride for this time or better yet, offer a joint to those waiting on Court Ordered Signed by Judge
