I think JB truly believes in his projects. He believes in them so much and is so bullheaded that if he had past offers they were never good enough. I feel he is over pricing his claims to what market value is today. This is why LBSR has never sold anything and why we are were we are at.
Ego has to be ever present in large quantities after you've discovered these huge calderas left of old super volcanos (think of all the giant active mines on and around the Pacific rim on both sides of the ocean) that repeatedly spewed mass quantities of metals. he just doesn't understand his limitations, hasn't learned to EXPECT the unexpected, and pisses away millions because of it...then again he may play a great game of chess, more likely horseshoes
