I think that, based on my time in this investment, it is absolutely true their balance sheet is the strongest ever. But, the corollary question is, will it be getting even better? And to that, I say most enthusiastically, YES! However, I do not see it lasting much longer...they will receive an offer in 2016 they will be unable to refuse. Since it takes about 6-8 months to complete an acquisition from formal offer to approval and integration, I suspect Elite's future as a separate entity will last no more than 18 months.
