I doubt Joel Bedrow got the Wells Notice, but he was complicit if I had to guess. Or else extremely naive and has no business in the stock world. But they have set up Phoenix UAS to take into another shell so we will see. Throw in Melissa Rice and there's one huge comedy of errors.
If they take their drone business public into another non-reporting shell, it is obvious that their intent is to scam investors. There is only one reason that people use non-reporting shells to set up as public companies......
Why not simply seek private funding? How much capital do you need to run a website-based business, and resell drones?
