nwsun, It's impossible to say who is selling for sure it is just a guess on my part. As far as NTCI stating wonderful things that are coming in PR's I think they have (contracts, audit, possible more contracts, building the BOD's, AMEX listing, etc.). Everything I have ever stated have come from the PR's and they sound very encouraging to me. The drop in the PPS came when people didn't read past the first line of the PR that was released stating the company was not going to buy World Oil for $6 million dollars. It seems to me that people did not read that PR through nor did they read the Clarification PR as to why. Everyone including myself had thought a $20 million dollar contract was about to be signed. Well it seems the $20 million dollar contract was not signed because the scope and size of the project may be up to 3x bigger then that. I think dragons caution is worth noting in any Pink Sheet company but NTCI so far has done and answered my questions to my satisfaction. That is just me. Yesterday's PR answered a lot of questions dragon and others had and I don't know what else the company can do in that regard. I am very happy at this point. What NTCI needs to do now is closed their first contract then the PPS will rise not based on any speculation but on real numbers and the increased value of the company. With the low share structure here I think the PPS will rise very quick with their first contract and continue up if additional contracts are made. I am betting that NTCI will come through but like I said that is me. Everyone must do what they feel is right for them. Good luck.

nwsun, You mentioned that NTCI should put out a PR similar to CPCO. After reading the CPCO PR and just doing a very little DD on CPCO I would approach that company with caution much more then I would NTCI. It seems they are a Vancouver, BC company with no share structure listed on Pink Sheets. The Business Description is Not Available. The Outstanding Shares are Not Available. The Authorized Shares of 200,000,000 as of 2004-11-08 are years old. When I first starting doing DD on NTCI their information was not updated on Pink Sheets either since Mr. Rich had just recently taken over the company. I called NTCI and told them and was informed all information had been sent to Pink Sheets weeks ago for updating and they would get on the phone with them right away. BOOM, 48 hours later all information on Pink Sheets for NTCI was updated. NTCI has come through on what they say they will do so far in my eyes. So I will wait for contract news and continue to accumulate shares. That is they way I feel about NTCI but everyone do their own DD. Good luck.
