Who cares if its 1.6 billion. The PPS has that number built in because most assume they will put them all out. 10 cents would make it a 160 mil market cap which is a low number for a co licensing patents world wide for 40 mil first year and then climb to 200 mil within 3 years and market cap will be 500 mil to 1 bil.
