To many red flags here. Like seriously how can management have 2 loans set up to clear debt and both fail to go forward with Evti. Then the 3rd company that is going to lend Evti money had Gannon on the board right up until they agreed to lend Evti the money. Just before the agreement Gannon was removed from the board.
Just my opinion but EVTI screams scam from all directions.
