There is a whole lot more toxic shares coming out of the woodpile in the weeks and months ahead.

Factor in a retail deal(s)... and its a non issue. NHMD is solid. Nate is working hard to get this in stores ASAP. As the pps rises the shares for conversions go down! So you so called hundreds of millions of share dilution goes away :)...
