How can you say your statements are based on facts when they are based on HJOE posts on Twitter and Facebook.

HJOE has shown a propensity to post false and misleading information then delete after it served them for pumping purposes only.

If the HJOE products are available in so many locations why doesn't HJOE put a store locator on their website.

Why doesn't HJOE post the reason the HJOE products are no longer being sold on Amazon.

I see that the world's number one hangover relief - Berocca is sold on Amazon - 5 Hour Energy is sold on Amazon.

But after the hundreds of Tweets about Amazon - now the HJOE products are no longer being sold on Amazon - that is very odd.

My guess is that because Amazon rates the popularity of the products and in energy drinks/shots HJOE ranked miserably - it hurt the pumping effort.

What customer receipts are you basing the revenue on?

The problem with revenue is that HJOE has admitted in court documents that they didn't generate enough revenue to repay a $64k loan.

And HJOE admitted they obtained the loans fraudulently.

Plus, we know that HJOE has established a history of borrowing money and not repaying it.

You can bet I will turn over all of my research to the KBM attorneys - as I know the exact documents to ask for during discovery.

When these documents are made public it will blow the lid off of the HJOE scam.
