Did I make the system? Did I grant the right for insider scams like this to be able to R/S year after year?

Do you know there a investor who was homeless that put his money most if not all his money into HRDN based on Armstrong's MJ financing lie. Only good option, is for this company to be halted, even if I & others suffer, so no other folks lose, on this pitiful scam.

Investors had already lost as soon as they bought into this scam. By halting the stock, they are stopping future fraud & theft.
