Up in after market...Fed Meeting wednesday and due to volatile Market and down considerably since the New Year, expect Dialog to be very cautionary with reluctance to raise rate near term as Fed will not want to disrupt Market. Biggest beneficiary of such sentimate from Fed WILL be the Metals...Going up ;)
