Ntephe actually made a comment about my criticism of him over the Exile deal where he disclosed too much and blew the deal. He tried to defend his lack of disclosure now by pointing to his Exile failure and using his over-disclosure then as an excuse for his under-disclosure now.
Yes this did happen at the shareholder meeting. Yes, I was actually there and no, I don't have to pretend I know what happened based on an imaginary transcript that only a single shareholder claims to have obtained. Anyone else seen this transcript? Was it sent to all shareholders that didn't attend? Did it include discussions before, during and after the meeting?
I don't know if there is such a transcript or not and I don't much care what is included or excluded if it does indeed exist. You can't make stuff like this up. What you can do though, is pretend it didn't happen and make excuses for management no matter what they do wrong.
