The recent CFO, Ariura was dismissed from the suit when the judge found there was a lack of evidence that he had direct involvement with alleged false statements.

So.....

you missed the part where STOY has been using a convicted felon to promote the stock, a major stockholder is a convicted felon, the recent CFO just got charged with fraud, the company has issued false and misleading financials, falsely booking revenues, etc etc...
