The only way it will be "cancelled", is if FINRA doesn't approve it. ;-)
The shares are not actually "cancelled", they are merely protected from the anticipated REVERSE SPLIT. :-D
That's why BaSUE tucked her shares away in the Class "B" preferreds. Those preferred shares won't be affected by the split and can be converted back to commons AT A DISCOUNT, as many as she wants, whenever she wants.
R/S or no R/S. she's covered herself and will come out with more shares no matter what.
