Thanks for asking. Yes, in fact Leo brought up the subject of "adding expertise" before I could ask. He was fairly confident he was about to bring a "star" on board, so to speak. I asked if it was to the board or in some other capacity and he said it would depend on how the person wanted things structured. This would be a science person, and he expected something "in the coming weeks" I took that to mean this quarter.
