That complete 'plan' 2014-2017 was impressive and awakens the conscious mind as to just how seriously the state views toxic chemicals. I don't know if it was an oversight or if I missed something but under the category of 'clothing' I didn't see 'isocyanates' which I would have thought would have been cited along with 'foam' somewhere as it applies to both underwear and insoles. Excellent find, dh. (Wonder how much the EPA gleans from the efforts of the CA committees.)
