HCTI has decent patents, but they need to get a move on with marketing. When you look at patents held by Sherwin Williams and PPG, and others, you realize that HCTI can not continue to give more time for the larger competitors to get situated, develop their own green products in anticipation for further regulatory restrictions.
Before sharpie's post, I didn't realize what a force Sherwin Williams is , nor how many patents they hold. HCTI needs to get themselves situated in the marketplace quickly.
