The original post said the Contracts were disclosed. They weren't. Jumping into the thread to talk about other companies and what they do or don't do doesn't change that one bit.
A post saying the Contracts were disclosed by the Company is wrong and misleading...at the least.... and certainly should not be a sticky IMO.
What is amusing is that it is agreed they weren't disclosed "because they didn't have to (paraphrased)"
Every day, no one questions the TDEY farce being played on them. Magically disappearing Eddie Vakser. Magically disappearing $8mil of debt. Magically disappearing billions of shares, both common and preferred. Magically appearing deals with real-looking companies that if they exist will be found to be another of Linduff's umpteen little scam companies making deals with Linduff, same as Eddie does. Magically PRed website that never appears months later. Magicaly disappearing company filings. Oh my, everything here is pure magic! Tragic magic. Vakser's script is playing out ok for him. He's milking the cow every day. No sense in slaughtering it until end game, to keep the masses locked in. TDEY is TOO FUNNY!!! No logical explanation for anything, but that does not affect the believers, it's the company's way. SCAM!!! Thoughts?
