Thanks for the update. Barnett must have just been assigned the new PD in the last couple of days.

Amazing how many times he is too broke for an attorney but a week before trial he finds money to fire and hire a new one until a week before the next trial date when his attorney quits and Barnett gets a new PD again,

The only have so many PD's. Barnett must on his second go with some of them by now.

Barnett has not ben convicted of these crimes...

the more time that passes the better his chances are of never being convicted of any of the crimes listed, ask any prosecutor, attorney or judge they will confirm this. Witnesses disappear, loose interest, memories fade etc...

And if Barnett walks OOAG looks real good, because according to Ovalle's crappy article Barnett can raise big money fast.
