The KEY to the merger is MVNO, and you should all understand what MVNO (sub dealer) is, and why its good for everyone.

With the merger of ITALK and UMS this means all cellular users currently signed up with CDP mobile will be able connect to either T-Mobile or or Sprint network seamlessly when traveling anywhere in the US. Right now CPD mobile is using T-Mobile (MVNO) only, so what happens when your in an area not serviced by T-Mobile. You will either have no service, charged roaming fee through another carrier, or connect using Wi-FI if your able.

Imagine when they sign agreement with European and other MVNO carriers. You will be able to travel and communicate for one flat fee and make no mistake carriers is loving this.

This is why Microsoft, Google and Apple is in, or looking at entering this market. As stated iTALK ticker is a prime takeover from one of these players.

Operators are hungry for these MVNO partners, particularly the smaller Tier 1 operators such as Sprint (NYSE:S) and T-Mobile US (NYSE:TMUS), because MVNOs can help them to grow their market share. Matt Carter, president of Sprint wholesale and emerging solutions, said MVNOs offer a good economic return for the company. "It's a good strategic play for us," Carter said in an interview. "It's another army to help us garner more subscribers on the network."
