sorry about that...that post got mixed up with another post...i was sending a private message to a gbsn ihub message poster who was asking about why the clause of 4.999% ownership of gbsn shares for :C: warrants...the person wanted to know the significance of why that was part of the prospectus in regards to owning "C" warrants and they were only allowed to own 4.99 % of the o/s of gbsn
