Sent an inquiry to the Lead Counsel, Glancy Binkow & Goldberg LLP last week. No response so far.

How about trying to contact the correct ones who know?

Interesting this bullshit is being spread since Ex Kano Sams , the liaison counsel dealing with all settlement parties , refutes this nonsense as entirely false.

No mystery, no hidden clues, no covert useless phrases, not this guy, or somebody at, or any other nonsense.

There is the name in black and white to contact.

He confirms settlement shares have been sold at the rate of 12,500 basically every trading day for months.

It's not rocket science to pick up a phone and talk to the proper entity for actual DD.

who flat out noted *bank working in Conjunction with Gilardi*
would be responsible for the selling of that 3M cert

as always (as you've done) folks will have to make the calls themselves ... ask the questions
and note responses .. which clearly will vary with the *re-telling*

as you also know from elsewhere .. the last *known* 10.29.15 *queue query* .. came out of Gilardi on 11.27.15
(there may be others .. at later dates (Dec 2015) .. but confirmed is 11.27.15)

coupled with the *appearance* of that 12,500 *underway* re: EOY set up (resets 52 week low) and duly noted
by me in this very venue ..

is why i'm taking the time and making the effort to send off detailed trading data to Finra's Whistleblower Program

in early February ..

suspect *lead counsel* and Gilardi .. will *cooperate* with Finra's queries .. unlike their interaction with *retail*
