I Disagree, there is no verification that certification is forthcoming until/if it's announced. No guarantee contracts will follow IF it's announced either, we've been hearing that since last summer, yet except for the iffy Itraq arrangement, no contracts announced. Will GTRQ be required to refund the $50k deposit?
