I have never seen the SP hold steady like this in the five years I have owned COTE. Don't know if side line money is waiting to jump in or shorts waiting to sell.

The ASK is holding at .003 and the BID has gone up to .0028 but only 761,000 shares traded at this point. I don't know what to make of this but I am staying long.
