i ran my numbers with a 46% tax rate and both at $30mil litigation fee and $50mil litigation fee

at current close of .127 we'd need $124mil at $50mil ligation and only $87mil at $30mil litigation expenses

The total damages claim is still about $970million

if you look at the site almost all recent cases were in favor of the plaintiff

it is a risk yes.. but IF we are awarded the full amount then per my calculations this is a 28-29 bagger from this level!!!
