TRTC needed the cash and the VandeVredes wanted their brand back.

EG guidance would be 10mm at least. Blüm would be 14mm. Just those combined are over the guidance reported...not including IVXX sales and NV....just does not add up. Plus, they can still use he grow facility in NJ even if they sell the brand back to the VV's.
