Well said. I agree.

This is why I have been saying all along no one would sign off on SCRC books, and it is, to paraphrase, another carrot on a stick.

The actual financial reports on Edgar that is.

I wonder if the "new" accountants have been paid for their services in review of the old books.

Of course, I am still curious as to how a CPA firm that is not licensed in the state where SCRC is domiciled is able to even sign off on any audit opinion to begin with...
