That is the Plaintiffs allegation. Granted, it is only in the discovery phase and adjudication is a long way off yet. Still, it is a red flag.

Another is the fact that this stock was .0001 not too long ago, and distributing shares to debt holders at .00006 per share.

Plenty of stories about this wonderful merger, as if this has actually even happened, which it has not.

Even if it were to be filed in the Nevada SOS database as an actual merger, how does that make it any better? They both have lawsuits proceeding against them.

The TALK stock certainly does not appear to be investment grade, with or without this "merger" which is another forward looking event.

Makes for good stories to sell shares though.
