Thanks philipmax for that update. Are you able to get in touch with any of the big holders to see their intentions? Such as Ben Bush others?

My concern is they may try to settle with JPM on their own and without us knowing or receiving anything.

I believe we are setting at a point that we have a strong case and could win, but someone needs to move forward with that.

Let me / other know if there is anything we can do on our behalf to help. I truly believe that we must make contact with some of the large shareholders for their help with this.

Thank you for the update. What do you mean by " a lawsuit was filed and retracted "?

This sounds like a settlement may have occurred. Can you tell us when the lawsuit was filed, and who filed the lawsuit? And was it against JPM?
