Probably in the spring. It doesn't affect ETNs like it would a penny stock though.

Last time they did one UGAZ was like 1.60. They'll probably wait til it gets nice and low in the spring so they get a better handle on how much to do. They did 5:1 last time (August?) and it wasn't enough.
