On or about October 10, 2014, Defendants executed a contract and personal guaranty for purchase of cell phones and related equipment from Plaintiff. Pursuant to said contract documents, Defendants ordered, received, and failed to pay Plaintiff for cell phones and related equipment delivered to Defendants by Plaintiff. Defendants’ failure to pay Plaintiff for the goods constitutes a default on the contracts and account Defendants have with Plaintiff. The amounts owing under the contract and account are set forth in the Complaint and its exhibits.

Tech Data Corp. - Plaintiff.

CPD MOBILE, LLC, d/b/a UNITED MOBILE SOLUTIONS, and KIL W. LEE, - Defendants

The case is yet to be adjudicated, but the claim is UMS did not pay for goods received.

I find the claim of 16M in revenue for UMS nebulous, at best.

And the history of TALK is not pretty. Currently deep in debt, and being sued themselves for 395K by their creditors as well.

As I mentioned earlier, if UMS is legitimate there is no need to acquire the scam TALK shell which has recently risen from a .0001 status and issuing shares at .0006 - All on hot air.

TALK stock is not credible. TALK is not investment grade at all, and appears to be illegitimate.
