Alan, I suppose you might argue that their competition is doing better in the 3D printing market than they are?

so you make a 433% gain on the back of their successful efforts to increase the stock value, paying themselves well below industry average salary for their specialist skills in a market that is crying out for people who understand the technology and you cry over them give themselves reasonable stock options????? Options, that reward performance. Having Amanda Cola work for Sigma with stock options could also be seen as a good piece of business considering she was a Financial Analysts at Los Alomos for over 22 years working on Financial Analysis, Budget Planning and Implementation, Strategic Financial Planning, and
Project Management.

And if they had bought on all the people you suggested when you suggested years back i would pretty confidently say that the company would be underwater, if not shut by now.

Like it or not, invest in it or not, but Mark and Vivek are much, much more plugged into this technology and industry than you, or i will ever be. Their understanding of where there technology is, and what their needs as a company is are well, well above what we know. Their understanding of future demand for their product is light years above ours. Their knowledge of where they stand with their pioneer partners puts our guess work in the shade. We can put dot's together and look at technology and industry research but this knowledge differential is the reality. That is why you are getting the stock at $32m market cap. You are buying a certain amount of unknown. Do i expect more information every day, full proclamations every time they pick up the phone to a customer? Absolutely not. I think some of the expectations of this board are crazy for a small niche company in such a massively competitive new market. I feel there's almost a direct correlation between how desperate people are for a daily news story and how little they appear to understand the technology and industry. Yes, we all want news. But i do not want them, nor expect them to reveal all their strategies to us on a weekly basis, what a loss to competitive advantage that would be. They open up the CC's to questions and i am always amazed at how few questions get asked. If people really want to dig deeper then they are your opportunities.
I have no problem with you waiting to see before dipping in again, each to there own. Good luck to you. Most here hope the rewards of the last few years of back end work will kick in soon, as will our rewards for accumulating over these down years.

With regards to getting a system in the door to various shops (Honeywell, Additive Industries, German OEM, GE etc) the real leg work is getting that first one in the door. Scalability is the easiest bit once all the trials, testing and paperwork has been completed. If we are in the early adopter phase now, it is a necessary precedent to the bulk orders for production that would naturally follow any successful evaluation/testing.
