I've known 2 succesful gamblers. Both had been betting horses since they were 5 years old. One of them told me he used to go to these meetings every year where high profile gamblers meet. He told me there's only a handful of people who can do this without cheating. He always used to argue that traders don't add liquidity, which was fun to watch. It's been 7 years since I talked to them otherwise I would bring them on board for sure :-)
