Gomes knows about as much about drilling
schedules as we do. Our partners are playing
their cards as close to their chest as CVX/XOM
are. They'll drill when they drill.

If you want to disect Gomes statement because it happens to fit your boogie-man "scare everyone you can" strategy, why don't you disect it accurately.

Gomes said exploration drilling in blocks 2, 3, & 4 would happen by late 2007.

Have you considered that he meant ALL THREE blocks would be actively drilling by then?

No? Oh that's right, you only point out negative things.

Sinopec could have a rig drilling this summer and Gomes statement would still be true.
