I guess it wasn't a real pass after all O&W otherwise Baltia might be actually flying. Those nasty FAA cabal's tend to get in the way and have hindered Baltia since 2007...so you and your freedom fighters better get to work and piss all over the FAA...that will most definitely get a pass for Baltia from the FAA. O&W it is my understanding that the FAA has an airline going through certification open at least 50% of emergency exits during a evac test...on 706 there are 10 main cabin exits w/slides and on this model there is only 1 upper deck exit with a slide...total of 11 slides...not sure where you came up with four...last I heard about the last seven tests the FAA evac team always had them open five doors/slides...may need certdog on this one, but I believe I'm correct on this.

OK O&W I had answered my last statement correctly...here is reg that says 50% of the main cabin doors...not sure where you got four slides/doors...the FAA requires five on the main cabin...B747-200 has 10 main cabin slides...read on.

(c) In conducting the partial demonstration required by paragraph (b) of this section, each certificate holder must:
(1) Demonstrate the effectiveness of its crewmember emergency training and evacuation procedures by conducting a demonstration, not requiring passengers and observed by the Administrator, in which the flight attendants for that type and model of airplane, using that operator's line operating procedures, open 50 percent of the required floor-level emergency exits and 50 percent of the required non-floor-level emergency exits whose opening by a flight attendant is defined as an emergency evacuation duty under§ 121.397, and deploy 50 percent of the exit slides. The exits and slides will be selected by the administrator and must be ready for use within 15 seconds;
