Normally when a company gets maxed out on its AS that are OS, they increase the AS. Not do a RS. Actually A reverse doesn't give them more space, unless they increase the authorized anyway, because it reduces the AS by the same ratio.

SO the question should be will they increase the AS. And 99% of the time, companies do that. But a RS would be done for different reasons than that. And sometimes a reverse can be a positive thing, to reduce the OS and also increase the price. Not often, but at times. However, i am not thinking they would do a reverse right now. just increase the AS.

My opinion from watching other companies, and also from this company going from 1.0 to 1.2 to the current AS. Probably increase it again.
