Wallace and MacLeod could be on the hook for several tens of millions of GOSY "air" shares that they conspired to create. Rumors are swirling that Wallace's fellow racketeer, George MacLeod, has been located in the UK. Don't think MacLeod will be extradited any time soon. Should Wallace be buying lipstick to match his orange jump suit for his upcoming perp walk for manipulating GOSY stock? Short squeeze coming?

Thanks for posting the lawsuit against Wallace.

The lawsuit is a real "eye opener", IMO. A close and careful read of it helps GOSY shareholders understand how Wallace, et al conspired against Mr. Spencer and GeckoSystems. The amazing thing is that Wallace continues these activities, even after being sued. When the case goes to trial he will have a hard time explaining why he continued to stalk and harass GOSY and their shareholders, IMO.
