AMBS made intentions to offload their Diagnostics division to a mostly private company in hopes to make a little money. AMBS Diagnostics has made Zero dollars in the last X amount of years... They are only hoping to not put any more money into assets that they originally paid too much for. Hoping to make some money to put into their Pipeline to further ESS and Elto trials. The opportunity to make money is there, not with their Diagnostics "Spinoff"...LOL "Merger"...LOL SALE...
