Failure to formally state they no longer work together after a Settlement Agreement was reached is unnecessary. They parted ways...

From PR "On December 31, 2015 the parties executed a Settlement Agreement setting forth the parties' respective rights in the jointly filed patent applications and allowing each party to separately and independently pursue these contact lens concepts.  The settlement also addresses the ongoing prosecution of several related joint patent applications."

It is kind of confusing, but I don't think they work anymore together. It's like an divorce. Doesn't live together, but have common interest in their children, in this case jointly filed patents? I don't know. Anthony is possible here, imho.

But, does it matter now? Epgl already moved on, imho. What is next? We don't know.

It looks like I made a wrong assumption. I sent an email to Epgl IR and they said, they are not moving on from anything, but are adding more licensing deals with other companies. That means they are still working with coo, interesting, imho!
